Hey Nerve Family,

Every time we kick off a workout, I start with the words, "Have fun and get fit!" These words might seem simple, but they carry a powerful message that I want to share with you.

Why Fun Matters

When you enjoy what you're doing, it doesn't just make the time pass more quickly—it actually enhances the benefits you receive from your workout. Fun releases endorphins, the body's natural "feel-good" hormones, which help reduce stress, boost your mood, and increase your overall sense of well-being.
